SUMMER WORKOUTS

Summer workouts focus on speed and agility drills with games mixed in. They are open to all children from any school or any sport. Kids are also welcome even if they don't participate in any sport. It gives them a night to get out and stay active over the summer break.

Tuesdays will more of a laid back fun night and Wednesdays will be a more intense workout.

They begin May 23!!!!
